The plant began production in 1988 and is Toyota's largest production plant in North America. During tours, a tram carries visitors through the Stamping, Body Weld and Assembly sections of the plant. You can also explore the Toyota Kentucky Experience Center, where interactive exhibits explain the Toyota production system and philosophies.
