VisitLEX (the Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau) does not sell, rent, loan, or give your email address or other personal information to anybody, except in the case of contests. If you enter a contest via a form on visitlex.com and that contest is co-sponsored by other entities, we may share your email with those partners if you give us permission to contact you via email. If you enter a contest, the contest rules will clearly explain if, and with whom, we may share your email address.
On some pages, you can make requests and register to receive materials. The types of personal information collected at these pages are: Name, Address, Email Address (and Phone Number if you choose to provide it), and your specific interests related to visiting Lexington (if you choose to provide that information) as well as your anticipated travel date (if you choose to provide that information).
