Chevy Chase
This historic Lexington neighborhood, one of the city's oldest shopping districts, is anchored by the iconic Chevy Chase Inn (CCI), Lexington's oldest bar. Its prime location (near the University of Kentucky and downtown) draws a diverse crowd to its restaurants, ranging from casual to fine dining. Chevy ChaseDistillery District
Once known as Colonel James E. Pepper's Old Pepper Distillery, this area lay abandoned for nearly five decades beginning in 1958. Fortunately, in 2008, local entrepreneurs joined forces to restore its former grandeur, and their efforts have been remarkable. Today, this revitalized piece of Lexington history thrives as a bustling downtown destination. The site hosts two craft bourbon distilleries and the easily walkable area boasts a diverse range of dining, shopping and drinking options. Now home to Lexington’s newest hotel, The Manchester, this destination makes it easy to eat, play and stay, with other local favorites like Crank & Boom Craft Ice Cream, The Burl Arcade, Ethereal Brewing and Goodfellas Pizzeria.
Distillery DistrictDowntown Lex

Greyline Station
Built in 1928, this historic building originally functioned as the Southeastern Greyhound Lines headquarters. Now known as Greyline Station, the building has been carefully restored and is home to a variety of dining options, retail stores, event spaces, a bar, and even a new bourbon distillery. Special events are featured throughout the year, including community yoga. While you’re in the area, be sure to check out other local favorites, Minton’s and Rock House Brewing.

Southland Drive spans a mile, hosting a diverse range of locally owned businesses. It's a historical district and recent revitalization efforts have led to developments, new businesses, and a flourishing culinary scene. Locally known as "Lexington's Music Row," the area has a rich musical heritage. This laidback neighborhood is where business, community and culture intertwine. The Summit at Fritz Farm is a meticulously designed mixed-use destination, blending local heritage with modern offerings. It features almost 70 shops, over 25 dining options and a boutique hotel, Origin Lexington. This one-stop destination continually evolves with the seasons, offering the best in food, fashion, and social gatherings.
