Complete Rules & Terms

• Lead must originate from VisitLEX or confidentially from a hotel partner after 5/1/2024.
• Groups must sign a contract within 6 months of the lead creation.
• New convention center groups must contract a minimum of 250 rooms and a maximum of 700 rooms on peak nights.
• New non-convention center groups must contract a minimum of 100 rooms and a maximum of 300 rooms on peak nights.
• Incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other VisitLEX promotion or incentive.
• Incentive expires if the contract is not signed within 6 months of the lead generation date.
• Incentive ends June 30, 2025.
