Wildcat Willy's is a craft farm-to-bottle where they distill seasonal grains, tubers, and fruits into moonshine. These spirits are available "right off the still" or aged in local tobacco barns and bottled. Housed in one of the oldest buildings in Winchester, Wildcat Willy's is a great place to sample spirits traditional to eastern Kentucky.
