Lexington History Museum

The museum is located in the Thomas Hunt Morgan House. Thomas Hunt Morgan won a Nobel Prize for his groundbreaking work in genetics in the first decade of the 20th century. The house was built in 1869 and also served as the headquarters for the Women's Club of Central Kentucky for many years.
