Visitors can pack a picnic for the vineyard, sample wines in the tasting room, browse the gift shop, enjoy fishing or aimlessly wander the grounds. Acres of grape varieties are planted in Chardonnay, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Riesling, Norton, Cabernet Franc, Chardonel, and Vidal Blanc.
This scenic winery on the banks of the Elkhorn has a variety of creative options for small or large events. Two tent sites on the Promenade (a landscaped area with a gazebo, croquet lawns and bocce courts), a deck overlooking gardens and a large amphitheatre are all available for special functions for up to 1,000 people.
Open year round. April-September: open Monday through Saturday 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. October-March: open Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Guided tours at 1:30 p.m. on Monday through Thursday, and 1:30 p.m. and 4:30 pm on Friday and Saturday.
