Bluegrass Care Navigators

Bluegrass Care Navigators provides patient-centered care to the seriously ill and their families by engaging in community partnerships, education, and counseling and offering opportunities to staff, volunteers, and donors to enrich lives through their gifts. Service projects include administrative tasks, bereavement support, community outreach, crafts/sewing, patient care, and veteran-to-veteran support. Donations Requested: Visa, gas, or grocery store gift cards, diapers, wipes, craft supplies, animal-assisted therapy supplies
