Lexington Salt Cave

Lexington Salt Cave is the first and only salt cave in Lexington and is constructed of nearly 7 tons of pink Himalayan Salt, with a salt crystal floor, and a moon and stars overhead. Among other services, it offers dry salt therapy (halotherapy) using pure pharmaceutical grade sodium chloride. When you breathe the salty air deep into your lungs, it offers respiratory and skin benefits, as well as deep relaxation. 45 minutes in a Halotherapy session can be compared to spending a long weekend at the beach!
