Duncan Tavern

This extensively renovated three-story stone tavern was built in 1788 by Major Joseph Duncan. Located in a prominent position on courthouse square, the tavern served as a gathering place for local citizens and travelers including early pioneers Daniel Boone, Simon Kenton and Michael Stoner.
