Getting Here is Easy

  • Located within 600 miles of two-thirds of the U.S. population, at the major junction of interstates 75 and 64. (See map )
  • Blue Grass Airport, with 18 direct flights into Lexington, is just 10 minutes from downtown. Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati International Airport, the second largest hub in North America, is just 83 miles away via I-75.

Convention Facilities are Convenient and Affordable

  • Convenient proximity to more than 7,800 affordable hotel rooms, restaurants, entertainment and shopping, including the largest mall in the state.
  • Lexington's Convention Center, with 66,000 square feet of exhibition space, 40,000 square feet of meeting rooms and ballrooms plus an additional 25,000 square feet of pre-function spaces, and ample parking, is well equipped to handle multiple concurrent events. In the heart of downtown, the Lexington Center complex includes the famous 23,500 seat Rupp Arena.
  • Meetings utilizing the Convention Center, plus the adjoing Hyatt and Hilton hotels, have 169,000 square feet of flexible meeting and exhibit space under one roof.  More than 100 restaurants and bars are within walking distance. 
  • Eleven convention hotels are within a 15 minute drive from Blue Grass Airport and downtown Lexington.
