The bureau can shave months off your planning schedule, beginning with site selection, as we collect the meeting details for lead distribution and hotel proposals, and coordinate site visits, familiarization tours, and bid presentations. Our certified, professional meeting staff is available to assist you in planning transportation and shuttle arrangements, special events and spouse or children's programs. We also can provide photographs for convention marketing materials, coordinate pre-convention meetings and special airport welcomes, make local speaker recommendations and design itineraries for extended vacation opportunities.

We can provide a beautiful brochure designed to build attendance at your meeting in Horse Capital of the World. Click here to see it. (You'll need legal size paper to print a sample.) The Lexington Visitors Planning Guide will be supplied for on-site distribution. This book includes hotel/motel listings, maps, restaurants, attractions and a calendar of major recurring events. Photos and color slides of attractions and Lexington's scenic countryside are available for reproduction in your marketing materials.
