The Flournoy-Nutter house, on the National Register of Historic Places, is a Greek Revival home built by John Nutter in the 1820s. Located in horse country, Agnus Dei Farm is open for meetings, parties and receptions for 100 persons in the house. Garden parties and outdoor weddings seasonally.

This state-of-the-art stadium is home to Lexington's new minor league professional baseball team, the Lexington Legends, and is the premier outdoor concert venue in Central Kentucky. The season runs from April to September.The facility is available for events like birthday parties, fantasy baseball parties and off-season special events.

Housed in a Beaux Art classical style building dating to 1904, ArtsPlace is a multi-purpose arts center. An art gallery showcases the works of Central Kentucky artists. ArtsPlace is an elegant location for meetings, receptions or parties. The Performance Hall, Board Room and Gallery are available for rental, with a combined standing capacity of 250 people.

The architect of the Bell House borrowed the best from the Greek, Queen Anne and Romantic styles to design this beautiful home. The open atmosphere of the first floor makes it conducive to receptions and parties of up to 150 people standing. Room for 85 seated theater style. Outside catering is allowed, as is alcohol (with a special fee).

Built in 1814, this three story Kentucky Federal style home is perfect for professional receptions and cocktail parties of up to 150 people. The perennial garden area behind the home may also be used for outdoor parties.

This distillery is one of America's oldest continuously operating distilleries. Home of the flagship bourbon Buffalo Trace Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, the distillery is gaining international attention for its older bourbons including the Antique Bourbon Collection. The Club House, a log cabin, is available for parties and special functions.

Formerly the downtown Lexington Public Library, this beautiful building in the center of Gratz Park has four rooms available for rental. The largest room has a capacity of 100 people.

This charming winery has an underground grape-handling facility, tasting room and "vineyard room". Available for weddings, receptions, retreats, workshops, luncheons, dinners, and other events.

One of the top comedy clubs in the U.S. The fun atmosphere at this popular Lexington comedy club makes the large room and stage ideal for corporate celebrations, fundraisers, and seasonal parties. Will accommodate up to 248 people seated at tables.

Charming restaurant overlooking Triangle Park. Private rooms available for parties of 20-60 people. Horse and Barrel, an adjacent lounge, is available for parties, dinners, receptions and meetings of up to 100.

This building encompasses a cafe, an art gallery and offices as well as performance and rehearsal space. There is a 250 seat contemporary "Black Box" theater with flexible seating and state-of-the-art lighting and sound.

Dudley's Restaurant is located in a restored 1881 school building. The classic decor of the Wine Room, with its elegant custom-made wine cabinets, sets a warm tone for small corporate parties, showers and dinner parties. Capacity minimum 25 people, maximum 50 people.

This scenic winery on the banks of the Elkhorn has a variety of creative options for small or large events. Two tent sites on the Promenade (a landscaped area with a gazebo, croquet lawns and bocce courts), a deck overlooking gardens and a large amphitheatre are all available for special functions for up to 1,000 people.

Primarily a horse sales entity, historic Fasig-Tipton is unexpectedly elegant. Complete with a tree-lined drive, marble floored entry way, domed ceiling and parquet floors, the facilities are ideal for receptions, business dinners, and annual meetings. High-tech training seminars are possible via built-in video and sound systems. On-site catering is provided. Capacity: Dining Room: 500 standing, 350 rounds; Outside Walking Ring: 400 standing, Bar 100 seated; Sales Pavilion: 1000 theater-style, Bar 100 seated.

Community room at the Good Foods Market and Cafe. VCR/TV, overhead projector, carousel projector, speaking podium all available for use in this 24 X 22 foot meeting room. Full kitchen. Accommodates 25 to 30 people. $10 per hour. Non-profit organizations are free.

For special events, indoor reception barn with small stage holds 175 people. A patio extension holds an additional 50 people. Vineyard tent can seat 600-800. On-site catering is available. Wine tastings by reservation. Small lake with new pavilion. Bus tours welcome.

This unique museum features a fascinating and diverse collection of fine decorative arts objects. The museum offers a variety of changing exhibits. Special events can be held at the museum or La Belle House, originally the home of museum founder George Headley. The lovely museum grounds make an ideal setting for outdoor parties for up to 500 (tented).

Built in 1814 by John Wesley Hunt, one of Lexington’s most prominent citizens of the time, this Federal-style house is a living museum representing the days when Lexington was known as the " Athens of the West." The property includes a Civil War Museum and a period garden with a bridge gazebo. The Morgan room can accommodate up to 75 people. The garden is suitable for up to 150 people.

With its tranquil setting and lovely stone fences and buildings, this national historic landmark is one of the most genteel and beautiful racetracks in the world. The Keene Barn and Entertainment Center adjacent to the racecourse each offer 10,000 square feet of special event space. The Keene Barn is available Memorial Day through Labor Day and the Enterainment Center is available year-round (excluding April and October) with on-site catering for each.

Lexington's premiere attraction, the Kentucky Horse Park is a showcase of museums, galleries, theatres and exhibits dedicated to all breeds of horse. A variety of facilities can be rented for special events. Carpeted and tastefully decorated, the Club Lounge includes a built in bar and restroom facilities and can accommodate 100 seated guests. Steeplechase Barn, a renovated tobacco barn, can accommodate 450 people and is excellent for casual barbeques and parties. The Indoor Arena can seat 1,200 on permanent seating with an additional 1,800 on portable bleachers.

This Romanesque-style theater built in 1922 was restored to its original grandeur in 1992. As a special event facility the Kentucky Theater can accommodate up to 800. The adjacent State Theater, under the same management, has a capacity of 350 and is equipped for video teleconferencing.

Built in 1989, the Lexington Public Library is a short walk from downtown hotels and adjacent to covered parking and restaurants. The library can host a variety of meetings and programs. Conference Room A has a capacity of 100 people, classroom, theatre or standing. Conference Room B and C hold 25. The Board Room holds 50 people conference style. The Theatre has a capacity of 140.

Founded in 1938, Lexington Children's Theatre is one of the oldest, continuously operating theatres for young people in the country. The brightly painted facade serves as introduction for this charming facility that brings joy to Lexington's smallest citizens each year. The main stage, learning stage, board room, and various studios are available for rent on a case by case basis, accommodating from 8 to 300 people.

Originally constructed in the 1880's, the Opera House was restored to its original splendor in 1976. Home stage for the "Broadway Live" series and many local arts groups, this Lexington landmark is also available for rental for special events. Maximum seating: 1027. The lower level pub area offers a unique setting for receptions and small parties.

This restored 1890's ballroom can accommodate up to 200 people. Small kitchen and outside deck. Outside catering and alcohol are allowed.

The original campsite for the first settlers in the Bluegrass, this 26 acre park features an array of historical and environmental features. McConnell Springs provides a beautiful setting for special events of all types. The facility has capacity for up to 100 people sitting or standing. Alcohol is permitted (with a special fee) and outside catering is allowed.

Named for the native red soil that covers the one mile oval harness track, the Red Mile dates back to 1875. Three newly renovated indoor areas are available for special events: the Grandstand, Clubhouse and Tattersalls Arena. The Paddock Park lends itself to large gatherings with special ambiance for corporate gatherings and weddings.

Superb service compliments the tranquil setting at this National Historic Landmark. Meals are served in the Trustee's Office Dining Room or may be catered in the meeting spaces. Three historic buildings can accommodate meetings.

This handsome brick and glass structure serves as a bridge between the University and the community and hosts a variety of arts performances and is home to the Unversity of Kentucky Art Museum. The Concert Hall holds 1,500 while the Recital Hall has a capacity for up to 386 people. The President's Room has a standing capacity of 125, 100 for lecture seating, and 50 classroom style.

Talon Winery sits on 300 acres of rolling Bluegrass farmland with an original 18th century farmhouse. Take advantage of an intimate tasting room or the whole 300 acres--Talon Winery is a versatile setting for special events from 20 people and up. Utilize the 2nd floor or the whole farmhouse, the covered pavilion (seats 60), the grounds or the barn (seats up to 200).

The traditional country club style of the Tates Creek Ballroom makes this facility ideal for receptions and parties. The Tates Creek Ballroom has the capacity for 175 seated and 250 standing. Alcohol is permitted (with a special fee) and outside catering is allowed. Golf course and aquatic center also available for use.

This traditional, beautiful Southern mansion makes a unique venue for meetings, banquets, receptions and holiday events. Within walking distance of downtown hotels.

This working Thoroughbred training facility is home to 1,000 horses. The Banquet Room/Lounge is decorated in classic equestrian style and will accommodate 200 people (rounds), 300 standing or 200 classroom. The Pavilion, where Thoroughbred auctions once took place, has amphitheater seating for 920 and is ideal for speakers, awards ceremonies, and seminars. The 10,000 square foot Holding Area has a barn-like atmosphere and accommodates 1000 standing or 600 seated for casual parties and barbeques. Meals can be catered upon request.

Wingspan art gallery is available for private parties, business meetings and luncheons for up to 34 people and cocktail parties for up to 100 people. Catering provided on site. Outside catering allowed for a flat fee. Wingspan can also cater at other venues.

One of America's oldest operating Bourbon distilleries. The Woodford Reserve Distillery is available as a Special Events Rental Facility, but only for business conferences, not for wedding or social events. Can accomodate up to 300.
