The Flournoy-Nutter house, on the National Register of Historic Places, is a Greek Revival home built by John Nutter in the 1820s. Located in horse country, Agnus Dei Farm is open for meetings, parties and receptions for 100 persons in the house. Garden parties and outdoor weddings seasonally.

This state-of-the-art stadium is home to Lexington's new minor league professional baseball team, the Lexington Legends, and is the premier outdoor concert venue in Central Kentucky. The architect of the Bell House borrowed the best from the Greek, Queen Anne and Romantic styles to design this beautiful home. Built in 1814 by John Wesley Hunt, one of Lexington’s most prominent citizens of the time, this Federal-style house is a living museum representing the days when Lexington was known as the " Athens of the West." With its tranquil setting and lovely stone fences and buildings, this national historic landmark is one of the most genteel and beautiful racetracks in the world. The Keene Barn and Entertainment Center adjacent to the racecourse each offer 10,000 square feet of special event space. Lexington's premiere attraction, the Kentucky Horse Park is a showcase of museums, galleries, theatres and exhibits dedicated to all breeds of horse. A variety of facilities can be rented for special events. Carpeted and tastefully decorated, the Club Lounge includes a built in bar and restroom facilities and can accommodate 100 seated guests. Steeplechase Barn, a renovated tobacco barn, can accommodate 450 people and is excellent for casual barbeques and parties. The Indoor Arena can seat 1,200 on permanent seating with an additional 1,800 on portable bleachers.
