Producing handcrafted Bourbon with precision using grain grown less than 2 miles away. Their mash is fermented with a proprietary yeast strain and distilled in a custom made copper pot still and columns. Wilderness Trail Kentucky Bourbon is going in barrels now to start the aging process. They also produce vodka and rum made with Kentucky sorghum.
Operation Hours: Tours offered Thursday and Saturday 10 am to 4 pm (last tour at 3 pm) and Saturday 10 am to 3 pm. Tours start on the hour. Call ahead.
