Sweet and Smokey Cider

1 1/2 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
3/4 oz Butterscotch Schnapps
5 oz Evan's Orchard Apple Cider
Heat Apple Cider. Add Knob Creek and Butterscotch. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Hmmm...enjoy by the fireplace.

2/3 oz Knob Creek Bourbon
1/3 oz Kahlua
1/3 oz Bailey's Irish Cream
A dash of Nocello
Coffee
Top with whipped cream and drizzled chocolate, and garnish with a piece of Bourbon Toffee Fudge from Lexington Fudge Company. A sweet Christmas treat!

Bourbon Ball Martini

1 1/2 oz Knob Creek
1/2 oz Franjelico
1 oz Dark Crème de Cocoa
1/2 oz Half and Half
Dash of Bitters

A liquid version of the traditional Kentucky gift, just a little more difficult to gift wrap.

Belle Breezing Martini

2 oz Kentucky bourbon
1 oz Grand Marnier
1 oz pomegranate liqueur
Splash of cranberry juice
Twist of orange

Pour first four ingredients over ice and shake vigorously. Strain into chilled martini glass. Use the orange side of the twist to coat the rim of the glass. The essence of orange brings bright flavors to the cocktail. And  this martini makes the season bright as well!
