This was a major week for Lexington’s stature in the food world!
The Lexington Convention and Visitors Bureau is proud to congratulate Stella Parks, pastry chef extraordinaire, on her recent award from Food and Wine magazine as one of the “5 Best New Pastry Chefs” in the nation.

Food and Wine’s staff covertly visited her home base at Table 310 multiple times and Parks’ sweets and desserts stacked up again competition in major cities from coast to coast.
In addition to regaling us with her unique creations at Table 310, she somehow finds time to have an extensive online presence. I will let her wit, wisdom and fun sensibility speak for themselves.

Parks is also a regular contributor to the higher end Gilt Taste, that describes itself as “a market and magazine for food and wine lovers.” I adore this brilliant take on getting champagne into a Valentine’s Day breakfast (and who says that holiday can’t be celebrated any day?)
