Lincoln Bicentennial Celebration
Abraham Lincoln was born February 12, 1809, near Hodgenville, Kentucky.
Bicentennial celebrations will include a kick-off at the Lincoln Birthplace in Kentucky on February 12, 2008, a re-dedication of the Lincoln Memorial in May 2009, nationwide traveling exhibitions, concerts of newly-commissioned works of patriotic music and much more.
